Regular Membership Application

New Members or members who let their membership go inactive by not paying before 03/31, can click the below link to submit a new application for Regular Membership.

Note that after this application form is submitted, an e-mail is generated to the Membership Committee where they confirm your APA ID number with National APA.   Click to Submit Regular Membership Application (Dues $ 50.00 Annually)

 

Associate Membership Application

New Members or members who let their membership go inactive by not paying before 03/31, can click the below link to submit a new application for Associate Membership.
